If there is one video I always look forward to at Christmastime it’s the one created by the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in Britain. Whoever puts them together is not just some remote advertising exec somewhere, but a wonderful person whose heart is filled with love for animals, and knows how to bring their heart to life on behalf of the RSPCA. I am always grateful to see it.
I had posted a previous year’s video here: https://stilladreamer.wordpress.com/2018/12/06/kindness-goes-a-long-way/ – you may want a tissue handy.
A wonderful video, Jeanne!

And from the peeps in your own backyard. I’ve yet to see any humane organization in the states match them for that deep heartfelt message.

Thanks for that video. It reminds us that there can be good in this world and compassion for our furry friends. I highly respect the work of our SPCA’s here in the US, as I would not last one day witnessing the cruelty that animals endure everywhere. I speak up when I can help. Wish I had the income to support a critter in my home. D.

There most definitely is good and compassion for animals in this world. I am still working with the largest humane society in NJ for 33 years now, and the cruelty witnessed never gets any less chilling and heartbreaking. But whatever little bit we can do or say in their behalf is always something to the good side. And I know you truly do care.

Jeanne, And the critters thank you too. I worked with a compassionate county official here (daughter of a vet) to pass two dog ordinances that help improve their lives…still not enough. Onward!
